CAGAYAN VALLEY - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) together with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Philippine National Police (PNP) randomly visited different drug-free and drug-cleared barangays in Region 02 as part of intensifying the implementation of DDB Regulation No. 4 series of 2021 which provides for guidelines in the declaration of drug-cleared and/or drug-free cities and municipalities.

DILG R2 simultaneously conducted written examinations (WE) in all five (5) provinces in the region on February 25, 2022.
