DILG REGIONAL OFFICE 02 – The first quarter of 2022 saw the designation of several employees and personnel to hold new offices through appointments or promotions. These employees took their respective oaths of office at the DILG Regional Office, led and administered by Regional Director, Jonathan Paul M. Leusen, Jr..

Personnel sworn to new office were: (1) LGOO VI Jennifer G. Baguisi as the new Assistant Division Chief of the Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED); (2) LGOO VI Elma A. Malagiona as the new Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) of the Municipality of Maconacon, Isabela; (3) LGOO VI Ms. Chrizza Mae A. Constantino as MLGOO of Alfonso Castañeda, Nueva Vizcaya; (4) LGOO V Kymverlie P. Mallo as section chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD); (5) Jhon Patrick B. Cababa as the new Regional Planning Officer; (6) LGOO III Alyza B. Layson of DILG Cagayan; (7) LGOOs II Ian Michael Pascual, Jeremiah B. Garcia, Cristian Florald P. Morco, Bernard B. Velasquez, and Shara Jane F. Pizarro; (8) ADAS III Catherine B. Calubaquib of the Office of the Regional Director; (9) ADAS II Mary Joy C. Agudo of DILG Batanes; (10) ADAS VI John Paul D. Cauilan, Mark P. Reylana and ADA IV Claudette A. Ballad of the Regional Office.

Prior to officially assuming their new duties and responsibilities, the aforementioned DILG technical officers and administrative staff are to wind up their affairs in their previous posts and to turn-over all pertinent documents and reports.
