TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – The Cagayan Provincial Management Coordinating Committee (PMCC) and Special Drug Education Center (SDEC) Team met virtually on May 18, 2021 to deliberate the anti-illegal drugs strategies of the province and launch the preparation for the ADAC Performance Audit.
