CAGAYAN VALLEY – Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 02 nominated seven municipalities across the region that have exemplary performances in good governance for the incoming National Knowledge Forum set on November 21 -22, 2018.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Quirino together with the Provincial Government steered an innovative advocacy of educating and enhancing the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials of Quirino through the conduct of an SK Summit titled “Tara! Let’s Meet up for #IGNITESK (Inspiring Greater and New Ideals towards a Transformed and Empowered Sangguniang Kabataan).
The first evacuation center in Gonzaga, Cagayan opened at Barangay Smart, Municipal Compound after its inauguration ceremony led by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 02 and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Gonzaga, August 28, 2018.
