TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN - Coined as Orientation on SDEC Policy and ADAC Performance Audit cum 4^th LEAD with DILG, DILG Cagayan convened the ADAC Focal persons, PNP officers, and Cagayan personnel to discuss Philippine anti-drug policies on April 27, 2021 via Zoom. Particularly discussed were the establishment of Special Drug Education Center (SDEC) for out-of-school youth and street children and the Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit for Calendar Years 2019 and 2020.
