November 25, 2024, Cauayan City, Isabela - The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 2 (DILG R2) celebrated excellence and dedication in public service with the awarding ceremony of the FY 2024 Search for Top Achievers of Region 2 (STAR2). The prestigious event, held at the Isabela Convention Center (ICON) in Cauayan City, Isabela, carried the theme "ACES: Achieving Consistency and Excellence in Services."

The ceremony highlighted the unwavering commitment of DILG R2’s operating units and personnel, both permanent and contract of service, in delivering exemplary performance and fostering innovation in public service.

Adding prestige to the event was the presence of Honorable Vice Governor of the Province of Isabela, Faustino "Bojie" Dy, who commended the awardees for their outstanding contributions to governance and community development in Region 2.
