TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – DILG Batanes has a new OIC-Provincial Director, following a turnover ceremony on May 05, 2022 at the DILG Regional Office 2, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
LGOO VII Catherine G. Allam-Miranda replaced outgoing Provincial Director, Engr. Maria Loida M. Urmatam, who was reassigned as Provincial Director of Nueva Vizcaya.
The brief ceremony was administered by Regional Director, Jonathan Paul M. Leusen Jr., and was witnessed by Assistant Regional Director Elpidio A. Durwin, Division Chiefs, and other employees and personnel of the regional office.
In his message, RD Leusen thanked PD Urmatam and OIC-PD Allam-Miranda for accepting the challenges of their new posts and he lauded them both for their respective accomplishments. He also urged them to effectively manage their respective new offices and to sustain their passion for public service.
PD Urmatam in her response thanked the management and the personnel of DILG Batanes for their commitment and support during her stint as Provincial Director. OIC-PD Allam-Miranda, on the other hand, expressed her gratitude to the management for trusting in her abilities to lead DILG Batanes.
Prior to assuming her role as OIC-Provincal Director, LGOO VII Allam-Miranda, was the Chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD) and is a member of 44th Batch of LGOOs.
