Tuguegarao City- 20 LGUs attended the Monday Convocation of the Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 02(DILG RO2) on July 13, 2015 to receive their respective checks for the implementation of projects under Bottom Up Budgeting (BuB), and Performance Challenge Fund (PCF).
A total of Php44 Million is distributed to the following LGUs for their respective projects:

 "Kami ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa DILG. Malaking tulong po sa Local Government Units especially those which are IRA dependents. We are very lucky to implement infrastructure projects out of the funds given by the DILG.  Maraming Salamat po kay SILG Mar Roxas who leads this department na pantay-pantay ang pagtingin sa mga LGUs.  Makakaasa po kayo na gagamitin sa mga programang akma sa pangangailangan n gaming mga constituents ang perang ito. Makakaasa din po kayo na kami ay accountable to this fund up to the last centavo” Hon. Mayor Liwayway Caramat of Sta. Fe, NuevaVizcaya emphasized in her message as she represents the LGU-recipients.
 In his message, OIC RD Marlo L. Iringan, CESO V congratulated the 19 Local Government Units-beneficiaries for making things happen. “Your constituents are very lucky to have you as their leaders. Because of your prompt action to comply with the requirements set by this department, your constituents will benefit. Rest assured that your DILG will always be there to assist you especially in the preparation of Detailed Engineering Design (DED)”, OIC RD Iringan said.                                                                                                                                                                             
OIC RD Iringan reiterated that this move is for the realization of completing 80% of the BuB projects for 2014 and 50% for 2015.
