Conferment of the Safety Seal to the six Provincial Offices by the Quirino Provincial Inspection and Certification Team
CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO – The Quirino Provincial Inspection and Certification Team headed by DILG-Quirino Provincial Director, Salvacion Z. Baccay, together with CINSP Aldrin G Coma, Provincial Administrator, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-Quirino Province, PMAJ Quintin L Baquiran, Quirino Police Provincial Office and SFO3 Walter C Valerio, Bureau of Fire Protection-Quirino Province, awarded the Safety Seal Certification to six (6) provincial offices namely: Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Provincial Engineering Office, Provincial Health Office, Provincial Nutrition Office/Commission on Population and Development Office, Provincial General Services Office and Provincial Tourism Office on December 20, 2021.
After careful assessment and having satisfactorily complied with all the requirements set in DILG-DOLE-DOH-DOT-DTI Joint Memorandum Circular No. 21-01 series of 2021 and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053 dated May 12, 2021, the aforementioned provincial offices were awarded with the Safety Seal.
The Safety Seal affirms that an establishment has been found compliant with the minimum health standards required by the government to contain the spread of COVID-19. The seal shall have a validity period of up to six (6) months from the date of its issuance and is renewable not earlier than one (1) month before its expiration, subject to continued compliance with the eligibility requirements.
