The series of E-Learning Sessions will apprise LGUs on new policies, systems, tools, strategies, directions, and advocacies to:
- Strengthen alignment and responsiveness of local development plans and budgets;
- Guide planning to enable integration of local actions addressing the adverse effects of COVID-19; and
- Support the development and improvement of the professional competence and practice of local planners.
