
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Isabela conducted an orientation on the Version 2.0 of the Full Disclosure Policy Portal (FDPP) via zoom on July 14, 2020.
Separate sessions were conducted for the Field Officers (FOs) in the two (2) clusters of the province.
In her message, Engr. Corazon D. Toribio, CESO V, DILG Isabela Provincial Director, underscored the importance of conducting the orientation on the version 2.0 of the portal. She said that seeking for new technology and advancing the current system are necessary for an organization to grow and further improve in their service delivery; hence, the enhancement of the FDP portal in its new version with new features.
Also, she cited that compliance in the FDP is one of the criteria in the Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) and Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) which enables Local Government Units to access Local Government Support Fund (LGSF).
Meanwhile, LGOO III Rhonalyn P. Maquinad, FDP Provincial Focal Person, emphasized in her discussion the timeline of posting and validation, confirmation and approval of financial documents. She also reminded the Cluster Heads and C/MLGOOs on their roles and responsibilities as indicated in the issuance.
Moreover, she demonstrated the step by step process in uploading and validating financial documents and in returning financial documents that need to be revised by the LGU. She also oriented the FOs in the other features of the portal such as Statistical Dashboard, SGLG Report and Infographic Report.
