“Let’s go Team DILG. Let’s go Team DILG Region 02” – OIC SILG Eduardo M. Año

OIC SILG Eduardo M. Año visited the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 02 on March 15, 2018.

After the breakfast meeting with the Regional Directors of the Regional Management and Coordinating Committee (RMCC) Family including DILG Provincial Directors of all provinces and Division Chiefs, OIC SILG Año took the opportunity to meet personally the DILG RO2 personnel. He congratulated the region for doing good and ensuring that LGUs have the right and good governance and deliver the services to the people.

As the agency in charge of supervising LGUs, he requested the DILG RO2 to help the government in the fight against corruption and illegal drugs. He said that the people believe and trust the DILG as evidenced by the positive feedback of the constituents. He said that it is thru the good example of DILG RO2 employees that will make the people believe and trust the government. He commended the employees and challenged them to keep up the good work.

OIC SILG Año thanked the region for the warm welcome and promised to come back and have more time with the employees. He assured the employees that they will always have his support and he will make sure to give the best for them.
